WORD-TO-JPEG CONVERSION
SnagIt is strongly recommended.
Here is the usage guide (Step by step):
- In Word, click on the File menu, then Print.
- In printer selection drop-down list, choose 'SnagIt.'
- Click the 'Properties.' Choose 'color' mode.
- Click 'Advanced'. From the 'Print Quality' drop-down list, choose '300*300 dpi'.
- Click 'OK' button on each dialog to get Word to print.
- After the Word print completes, there will be a SnagIt Capture Preview form pop-up.
- Select the desired region on the edit pane and crop by clicking on the 'Crop' button on the toolbar.
- Click the 'Color--GrayScale' option to convert the image to grayscale, if required.
- Click the 'Save As' button on the toolbar.
- Input a filename
- In the FileType drop-down list, select JPEG format
- Click the 'Options...' button in the bottom-right corner.
- Make sure the options are set as follows:
Colors: Ture color (24-bit)
Quality: 90
Subfile Type:YUV 4:4:4
- Click 'OK' to close the dialog box.
- Click 'Save' to store the JPEG file.
